Remember Lady Abedin? Ahhh, yes. Anthony Weiner gave an interesting interview to GQ called Anthony Weiner v. The New York Times. Yeah, I read this one instead of the piece called Ted Cruz: The distinguished wacko bird from Texas; this was a piece with a lot of interesting perspective from the journalist who wrote a restoring, 8,000-word piece on Weiner and Abedin before the Sydney Leathers/press conference scandal (and his humiliation that followed the scandal). Weiner lives on with regret for damaging his wife’s reputation, yet remains working ambitiously. In my eyes they are still a fascinating power couple.
Anyway–
Abedin was reported to be dining with Anna Wintour (Vogue, top Democratic supporter–I believe) in Midtown about a week ago…Could this mean something?
While the rest of us speculate, the world keeps on spinning. Interesting things are always happening on the Weiner-Abedin end.
