Watches

My life escalates, quickly. It’s bizarre. Who needs a movie script or book when you have real life? Haha. NOTHING beats real life.

It leaves me mind-blown, every time. Is everything as it should be?  Providence plays little games, and God and the Universe He created have a fantastic and ironic sense of humor.

Our watches are mysterious devices. They mark a time we try to manipulate and comply with. They mark a science we actually can’t control, at all. And still, while uncontrollable and outside of us, while marking our lives with one tick at a time, a watch marks something in God’s hands. A watch marks something that is as it should be in that given moment; a science that is actually perfect.
