Yesterday, on a teaching call, my coach Dr. Edie was telling us we are so good at seeing needs of others and the things we need to do— but how quick are we to see delights and gladness? How are we planning for joy?
“What are your threads of delight?” Dr. Edie asked.
So that’s the assignment— we should look at what needs planning, improvement, and structure, but also, we need to take time and plan for joy and delights.
