We have entered the “-ber” months. I ended the week putting a fall essential oil blend in the diffuser. The diffuser is back onnnn. Here is to hoping we soon say:

You feel it in the air— summer is packing its bag to say goodbye for the year. Soon, I’ll be making those little mustard potatoes again. I found the recipe to a Gordon Ramsey rice we like. Plotting to make it this month. I cleaned out the freezer, and the rest of the kitchen is clean. Feeling very ready to start stirring my fall pot like I am Strega Nona. (Do you guys remember Strega Nona?)

I have been reading Nantucket Second Chances by Pamela Kelley, and I have enjoyed it so far.

The week was mostly work, Ladder workouts and getting steps in despite the rain. I touched more cleaning wipes than I can count today. Went to the dentist— this is your PSA to go to your appointments. Do your bloodwork, floss and make sure you engage in some sort of self-care.
